-I have a right to decline commission before I receive money-Describe your idea as clear as possible since English is not my 1st.-Preferably if your character has a reference sheet. If it doesn't, then you can give any art of it or description.-WIPs will be sent only on sketch and flat colors stage for confirmation since it's the most important stages for getting feedback regarding fixes-I will decline design/reference commission if your character highly inspired by someone else's to the point of confusing themEdits-There is no limits to ask for edits on sketch stage-If I moved to the next step, you can't ask to drastically change previous one (e.g pose on the line stage)-I will take a fee if you want to change too muchPayment
-I accept payment in USD through paypal, boosty (you can pay either with paypal or card there) or EasyStart (it uses stripe as processor)- Please don't open refund dispute in paypal if you see something like "CEBC B.V." in the payment history, cause it's boosty and I'll go into the negative, while you won't get refund too- I accept payment by parts (half in the beginning/other half when finished)- I accept payment plans with 1st payment made in front and the rest during some period (the commission won't be finished till I'll receive the last part though)Deadlines
-One drawing/painting can take from a day up to a month, depending on complexity, irl things and in case of collabs on the state of my co-author as well-If you have special date of deadline, please, let me know about it beforehand when you are orderingRefunds
- Unfortunately I can't make refunds using boosty, and I don't have any other ways to receive payments, as well as can't make them with paypal since I use an intermediary.
Though I work on commissions pretty responsibly and have never had need in refunds. (+ having refunds with finished piece was always against this ToS)Usage
- All commissions ordered by regular price-list are for personal use. (I.e. you can use it as profile pics, banners in social media, wallpapers, print to put on your wall etc.)- However you're not allowed to use it in AI trainings or to sell as NFT- You're also not allowed to modify it through any of AI generative models- If you somehow managed to get a line-art or sketch from me, you're free to either finish it yourself or to give it to another artist. Just give the credits to mine part of work.- You can post received result on your pages with given to me credit. Also I'm asking to post the small version of commission which I give along with the original file.

My boundaries

General boundaries

1. Don't tell to me how bad my interests and fandoms are, especially if you've never been here. I don't believe gossips and I don't see anything bad personally where I am.2. Please don't bring me any callout bullshit ever. Usually it's just assumptions about someone, often based on rly old stuff (and you know, people can change) or misunderstandings.3. No politics stuff while talking to me. Not because I don't care, but because it only brings me anxiety and feeling of despair. I spend time in socials to distract myself, not to dive into irl stuff deeper. I know by myself what is happening4. Don't make weird jokes to me please if you're not my friend5. Please refrain from crying in replies to my tweets like 'aw so sad that I have no friends in this game :((' or 'Aw so sad I don't have money rn' etc. Like.... I understand everything, really, but it just makes me uncomfortable6. Please don't try to dig my personal info. (legal name etc)
All the info you need is written on my pages, and it's enough, seriously.7. I don't really like empty talks ('How are you' etc).
If you want to build at least acquaintance with me - prepare common interest themes

Art boundaries

1. It's okay to use my artworks for pfps and headers (unless art is commissioned by another person or it's some my personal stuff), but give me a credit in bio.
The best way to make sure is just to ask me2. I'm okay with reposts on other sites, but again with proper credits (nickname or/and link)3. I'm totally not okay with edits of my art, even if it's just color correction4. If for some reason you want to redraw my art for study reasons, again you can but only **if you will give credits and link to original work if you will decide to post it anywhere. **
And don't forget that with studying my way of drawing, you'll also study my mistakes5. I don't accept criticism I didn't ask for unless you're some kind of professional, my friend or you're commissioner of art I'm working on for you lol.
Usually I see my mistakes and just don't know how to fix
